considering every traffic court judge is on a first name basis with every cop/patrolman, I seriously doubt he is going to care what you have to say to him. Dont even bother bringing up the conduct of the two cops, they decided to fuck with you and be unprofessional, nothing you can do about that. Considering most just mail in their fines, I'd let the judge know you are showing up in an effort to get the ticket reduced, talk civilly to the cop before the session starts and see if you can get him to be a pal and suggest reducing it to a less than 10 or some insignificant ticket too.
